General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS)

2. General information
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries, services and offers provided by Transitionbikes.ch.

2. Orders placed on the website are considered final.
Orders placed on the website are considered final. If one or more items cannot be delivered, you will be informed immediately. In the event of late delivery, no cancellation will be accepted.
The customer accepts these conditions of sale when placing an order.

3. Prices
The prices shown include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Transitionbikes.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time. We accept no responsibility for errors in autographs.

4. Terms of payment
Goods will only be delivered cash on delivery.


5. Right of return
Goods will be credited if returned within fourteen working days of the invoice date. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Does not apply to promotional items, used bikes or test bikes.

6. Warranty
A one-year warranty applies unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
It is limited to manufacturing defects and materials. All damage caused by improper use or non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions is excluded from the warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, the item will be exchanged or refunded. MagicDownhill accepts no liability for further damage.

Equipment under warranty must be returned with the corresponding form and receipt.

7. Data protection
Personal data is stored for the purpose of processing orders. Only MagicDownhill has the right to access this data.
MagicDownhill is obliged to protect personal data. Under no circumstances will data be sold or passed on to third parties.

8. Disputes and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction for the parties is the registered office.
